Finance Committee (2021 - 2025)

The Finance Committee (FC) is a statutory committee of the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS). The purpose of this committee is to provide financial oversight for the organization.

The chair (the Secretary General/Treasurer) is responsible for the overall coordination of specific activities related to financial policies and procedures. Typical tasks include budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, expenses and reimbursements for all WAS representatives, and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies.

Finally, it is the responsibility of the Finance Committee to propose fundraising projects and make recommendations to the Executive Officers on fundraising, policies and fiscal management.
