The Finance Committee (FC) is a statutory committee of the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS). The purpose of this committee is to provide financial oversight for the organization. The chair (the Secretary General/Treasurer) is responsible for the overall coordination of specific activities related to financial policies and procedures.
Typical task include budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, expenses and reimbursements for all WAS representatives, and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies. Finally, it is responsibility of Finance Committee propose fund raising projects and make recommendations to the Executive Officers on fund raising, policies and fiscal management.

Itor Finotelli Junior, PhD is the current Doug Braun Harvey Postdoctoral Fellow in Compulsive Sexual Behavior, Program in Human Sexuality (PHS), Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, University of Minnesota. In 2004, Dr. Finotelli started his clinical practice in Brazil conducting psychotherapy for a wide range of sexual dysfunctions and disorders. He has been working in the clinical research field, specifically developing techniques, procedures and measurement instruments for the evaluation of human sexuality. Born in Brazil, Finotelli is proud to have been one of the presidents of the Brazilian Society of Studies in Human Sexuality (SBRASH). Internationally, he is a former Secretary General / Treasurer of the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS). He has clinical and research interests in the following areas: managing compulsive and impulsive sexual behaviors, development of positive factors for sexual pleasure, promotion and awareness of factors of sexual health and rights. In addition to his clinical and research interests, he is the current Advisory Committee member of WAS.
Eli Coleman, PhD is professor and director of the Program in Human Sexuality, Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, University of Minnesota. He holds the first and only endowed academic chair in sexual health. Author of numerous articles and books on compulsive sexual behavior, sexual offenders, sexual orientation, gender dysphoria, chemical dependency and family intimacy and on the psychological and pharmacological treatment of a variety of sexual dysfunctions and disorders. Professor Coleman is the founding and current editor of the International Journal of Sexual Health (IJSH). He is one of the past-presidents of the WAS, SSSS, WPATH, IASR, and SSTAR. He has been a frequent technical consultant on sexual health issues to WHO, PAHO and CDC.
Stefano Eleuteri, PhD, is a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Sexual Counsellor, and PhD in Social, Developmental Psychology and Educational Research. Member of the Advisory Commitee of the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS). Since 2010, he works as a private consultant in the field of sex therapy and sexual education. Research Fellow at Sapienza University of Rome, he carries out his research activity in collaboration with the Institute of Clinical Sexology of Rome. He teaches different aspects of sexuality in different higher education courses for nurses and medical doctors at Sapienza University of Rome and in private institutes.
